Return & FAQ
Last Updated: July 10, 2025
At DIMI ART, all artworks are delivered digitally and made to order.
This section outlines how file delivery, licensing, and customer support are handled clearly and fairly.
1. DIGITAL DELIVERY & FILE FORMAT
All artworks are delivered in high-resolution digital format, immediately after purchase. Files are prepared in RGB and CMYK color space with active ICC profiles, to preserve chromatic vibrancy and artistic intent. Downloads are instant and one-time only. As digital products, no returns or refunds are available once a file is downloaded. Customers are encouraged to save the file in a safe and permanent location. Please verify the file type and resolution shown in the product description before purchasing.
-
For artworks with author rights:
– RGB JPG (high-resolution)
– CMYK TIFF (print-ready)
– DIMI_ART_PrintGuide.jpg (professional print instructions)
-
For artworks without author rights:
– RGB JPG (reduced resolution, personal use only)
2. LICENSE & USAGE
Each digital file is sold as-is, according to the licensing terms described in the Artwork Right section.
Two licensing options are available:
-
AUTHOR RIGHTS WORK (UNIQUE PIECE) — includes personal license and full-resolution files.
-
DIGITAL COPY WITHOUT AUTHOR RIGHTS — non-exclusive, reduced file for personal use only.
- Purchase does not grant exclusivity or commercial rights, unless specifically stated.
- Resale, redistribution, or public reproduction is strictly prohibited.
- Files are intended strictly for personal display or printing.
3. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted file or download failure), please contact:
